Retirement of the legacy Public Monitoring application on March 31, 2027

Issued on October 14, 2026

GitGuardian will retire the legacy Public Monitoring application on March 31, 2027. If your company still uses the legacy application, work with your Customer Success Manager to complete your migration before that date.

What's changing

There are currently two environments for Public Monitoring:

Address
Legacy application (retiring)enterprise.gitguardian.com
GitGuardian Platformdashboard.gitguardian.com or dashboard.eu1.gitguardian.com

On March 31, 2027, the legacy application at enterprise.gitguardian.com will be retired and will no longer be accessible.

The GitGuardian Platform is where Public Monitoring keeps evolving. Compared with the legacy application, it brings significant improvements in incident triage and noise reduction, and a single view of your public and internal exposure.

Who's affected

  • Affected: companies that still use the legacy Public Monitoring application at enterprise.gitguardian.com.
  • Not affected: companies already using Public Monitoring on the GitGuardian Platform. If your migration is complete, there is nothing to do.

How the migration works

  1. Plan: if your migration isn't scheduled yet, contact your Customer Success Manager.
  2. Set up: you receive access to your migrated environment on the platform to get familiar with it and set up API integrations, notifications, SSO and team access. Your team keeps using the legacy application in the meantime.
  3. Switch: on an agreed date, we migrate your latest data and close access to the legacy application.

Timeline

  • December 31, 2026: end of support for the legacy Public Monitoring application. It stays accessible, but we no longer deliver updates or fixes.
  • March 31, 2027: the legacy Public Monitoring application (enterprise.gitguardian.com) is switched off. All migrations have to be completed by then.
