ggshield plugin disable

Description

Disable a plugin without uninstalling.

ggshield plugin disable [OPTIONS] PLUGIN_NAME

Disabled plugins remain installed but are not loaded when ggshield starts. Their features become unavailable.

Disabling is per-user: it writes your user config. Disabling a plugin an admin enabled machine-wide records a per-user opt-out (the user entry wins over the machine-wide one) rather than touching the shared config.

Example:

ggshield plugin disable machine_scan

Options

This command supports all ggshield global options.
