- Summary: Coze is ByteDance's platform for building, publishing and running AI chatbots and agents, offered as a China edition (coze.cn) and a global edition (coze.com). Coze access tokens are JWTs issued by the platform to authenticate calls to the Coze API and to deployed Coze apps: running a bot, chat or workflow on behalf of a developer or application. The token is scoped to a single Coze application through its audience claim, and does not expire in practice: the tokens observed in the wild carry an expiry set two centuries ahead.
Revoke the secret
Coze access tokens are issued through an OAuth app and cannot be revoked one by one. To cut off access, delete or rotate the OAuth app credentials that issue the tokens from the Coze developer console (API > OAuth apps, on coze.cn or coze.com depending on the edition).
